Which bulk carrier main engines do you supply spares for?
We cover the slow-speed 2-stroke engines that power virtually all dry-bulk carriers — MAN B&W S-MC, G-MC, MC-C, ME-C and ME-B series, and WinGD/Sulzer RTA, RT-flex and X-series. We supply cylinder liners, piston crowns, rings, fuel valves, exhaust-valve spindles, bearings and control spares for all of them.
Do you stock turbocharger parts for bulk carriers?
Yes. We supply rotor assemblies, nozzle rings, bearings, seals and overhaul kits for ABB VTR, TPL, TPS and A100, MHI MET and Napier NA/NR turbochargers — the units most commonly fitted to bulk-carrier main engines and gensets.
Can you supply parts for the cargo cranes and hatch covers on geared bulkers?
We supply hatch-cover hydraulic ram seals, valves and pump spares, plus deck-crane and grab hydraulic components. Tell us the crane maker and model and we will match the seal kits and wear parts from stock or our trader network.
What size classes of bulk carrier do you support?
All of them — Handysize, Handymax/Supramax, Panamax/Kamsarmax, Post-Panamax, Capesize and VLOC/VLBC. The machinery makers overlap heavily across classes, so we can support a mixed fleet from one supplier.
How fast can you deliver an emergency spare to my vessel?
In-stock parts ship within 24 hours; sourced and reconditioned items typically within 48. We airfreight to your next load or discharge port — Singapore, Fujairah, Rotterdam, Santos, Port Hedland and worldwide — so the spare arrives before or with the vessel.
Do you sell genuine OEM parts or only aftermarket?
Both. We supply genuine OEM parts for class-critical components, quality OEM-equivalent alternatives for routine wear items, and tested reconditioned units where they save cost and lead time. We always state clearly which grade you are buying.
What are reconditioned bulk carrier parts and are they reliable?
They are genuine components — turbocharger rotors, pumps, separator bowls and the like — recovered from vessels dismantled at Alang, then cleaned, dimensionally checked and refurbished. Each is photographed and supplied with its condition stated, making them a reliable, fast option for older or discontinued machinery.
Can you supply genset and auxiliary engine parts as well?
Yes. We carry spares for Daihatsu, Yanmar, MAK, Caterpillar, HiMSEN and Cummins medium-speed gensets — liners, bearings, valves, fuel injection and governor parts — alongside the main-engine spares, all on one order.
Do you handle ballast and bilge pump spares?
We supply wear rings, impellers, shaft sleeves, bearings and mechanical seals for the main ballast and bilge pumps. Send us the pump maker, model and capacity and we will identify the correct kit.
How do I order if I only have a nameplate photo?
That is enough. Send a clear photo of the maker’s nameplate or the part itself via WhatsApp or email; we identify the part number, confirm availability and price the same day, then ship on your approval.
Which ports can you deliver bulk carrier spares to?
Worldwide. We routinely ship to Singapore, Fujairah, Dubai/Jebel Ali, Rotterdam, Santos, Port Hedland, Newcastle, Qingdao, Colombo, Gibraltar and Richards Bay, plus any other port your charter requires.
Can you support a fixed long-haul iron-ore Capesize or VLOC?
Absolutely. For dedicated long-haul ore trades we can pre-position recommended spare holdings for the main engine, turbocharger and gensets so the vessel carries the right parts before the voyage, reducing reliance on airfreight mid-passage.
Do you supply refrigeration and air-conditioning compressor parts?
Yes — valve plates, gaskets, bearings, shaft seals and expansion components for Sabroe, Bitzer, Carrier and Daikin units that serve provision rooms and accommodation air-conditioning on long voyages.
What information do you need for the fastest quote?
Engine or equipment maker, exact model, the part number or nameplate photo, quantity, and your delivery port. With those five details we can usually confirm stock, grade and price within hours.
