We supply spares for Alfa Laval (JWP and AQUA), Sasakura (Atlas), GEA Westfalia, Serck and Donghwa Entec fresh water generators, covering both plate-type and tubular evaporators. If your unit is not listed, send the maker's plate and capacity and we will confirm availability.

A plate-type FWG uses titanium plate packs as both the evaporator and condenser, giving a compact, high-efficiency unit — the Alfa Laval JWP and Sasakura plate designs are typical. A tubular FWG uses tube nests instead of plates. We supply spares for both: titanium plate packs and plate gaskets for plate units, and tube nests, gaskets and end-cover seals for tubular units.

We supply complete titanium evaporator and condenser plate packs for Alfa Laval JWP, Sasakura and Donghwa Entec plate-type fresh water generators — genuine, OEM-equivalent or reconditioned plate packs recovered and cleaned from low-hour units ex-Alang. Quote against your model and plate count.

Plate gaskets and O-rings are typically renewed at the annual service, or whenever the plate pack is opened for cleaning, because the gaskets perish and lose their seal under heat and vacuum. We supply complete plate gasket and O-ring sets matched to your evaporator model so the unit reseals reliably.

Yes. The air/brine ejector (eductor) creates the vacuum the evaporator needs, and a worn or eroded nozzle is a common cause of poor vacuum and low distillate output. We supply ejector nozzles, diffusers, O-rings and complete ejector assemblies for Alfa Laval, Sasakura, GEA and Donghwa Entec units.

Yes. We supply salinometer cells and control units, dump/solenoid valves, sight glasses, level switches and vacuum gauges — the controls and instruments that monitor distillate salinity and divert off-spec water. These are quoted in the same three grades as the wet parts, with 24-48 hour dispatch.

We match against the maker, model, capacity in cubic metres per day and the plate count or tube-nest size from the unit plate. The plate pack, ejector and pump sizes all scale with the rated capacity, so a clear photo of the maker's plate and the distiller body is usually enough to confirm the exact spares.

Both. We quote three grades on every line item where available — genuine OEM, OEM-equivalent and quality reconditioned — so you can match spend to how critical the part is. Reconditioned titanium plate packs ex-Alang are a particular strength on older fresh water generators.

The fresh water generator maker, model, capacity (m³/day) and plate count from the unit plate, plus the part number from the maker's parts list where you have it. A clear photo of the FWG plate and the worn part is usually enough to confirm the exact item.
