Which general cargo and MPV engine brands do you supply parts for?
We cover all the major cargo-ship mains — MAN B&W MC/ME-C, Mitsubishi UEC, Wärtsilä, MaK, MAN four-stroke and Hanshin Diesel — plus gensets from Caterpillar, Daihatsu, Yanmar, MAN and Wärtsilä. We also supply turbocharger, purifier, pump and deck-machinery spares across these vessels.
Can you supply parts for heavy-lift cranes and hatch-cover hydraulics?
Yes. Beyond the engine room we stock hydraulic cylinders, seal kits, pumps and control valves for cargo cranes and heavy-lift derricks, as well as rams, cleats, seals and pump units for folding and pontoon hatch covers. Send the crane or hatch-cover make and model and we will match the parts.
How fast can you deliver urgent cargo-ship spares?
Stock items are quoted within hours and dispatched in 24–48 hours by air or courier from Bhavnagar beside Alang. Sourced or reconditioned parts take a little longer, and we confirm a realistic lead time with every quote so you can plan around the vessel’s schedule.
What is the difference between genuine, OEM-equivalent and reconditioned parts?
Genuine parts come from the original manufacturer with full documentation. OEM-equivalent parts are made to the same specification and fit at lower cost. Reconditioned parts are used components inspected, cleaned, measured and restored to working tolerance — ideal for older coasters or discontinued lines. We state the grade for every item.
Do you supply reconditioned parts from Alang?
Yes. Our Bhavnagar base sits beside Alang, the world’s largest ship-recycling yard, giving us direct access to genuine take-off components and a deep reconditioning network. Every reconditioned part is inspected, dimensionally checked and restored before dispatch.
Can you find obsolete or discontinued cargo-ship parts?
Often, yes. Our Alang sourcing reaches legacy components that OEM catalogues no longer list — obsolete fuel valves, discontinued purifier bowl discs, old hatch-cover cylinder seals and out-of-production genset spares. Send the part number or a clear photo and we will search our network.
Do you provide class documentation and certificates?
For genuine parts we provide manufacturer documentation and material or test certificates where available. Reconditioned items can be supplied with inspection and dimensional reports. Tell us which class society (DNV, Lloyd’s, BV, ABS) and which documents you need and we will confirm what can be provided before you order.
What main-engine wear parts do you stock for low-speed engines?
For MAN B&W and Mitsubishi UEC mains we supply cylinder liners, piston crowns and skirts, piston rings, fuel injection valves, exhaust valves with seats, and main, crosshead and bottom-end bearings — available as matched sets for overhauls.
Can you supply purifier and cooler spares?
Yes. We stock Alfa Laval, GEA Westfalia and Mitsubishi purifier bowl discs, gravity discs, friction blocks and seal kits, plus plate-cooler gaskets and plates, tube nests and central-cooling pump spares in genuine and reconditioned grades.
How do I get an accurate quote for cargo-ship spares?
Send the part number, engine or machinery model, vessel name and IMO number, plus the supply grade you prefer. The more detail — a nameplate photo, drawing reference or sample — the faster and more accurate our quote. We usually respond within hours.
Which ports do you ship to?
We dispatch worldwide, with frequent shipments to Singapore, Jebel Ali, Fujairah, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Busan, Houston, Istanbul and Piraeus. We can deliver to the vessel, agent or your warehouse at any major port.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept telegraphic transfer (TT) and other standard trade terms, quoting in USD, EUR or INR. For first orders we typically work on advance payment; repeat customers can discuss agreed credit terms. Full banking details accompany every proforma invoice.
Can you supply a complete overhaul package for a main engine?
Yes. For a planned main-engine or genset overhaul we assemble a full kit — liners, pistons, rings, bearings, fuel valves, gaskets and seals — against your engine model and de-rating, shipped together on one packing list to simplify customs and stores handling.
Do you handle gensets, pumps and starting-air compressors as well as the main engine?
Yes. We supply genset injectors, pumps, heads and bearings; ballast and bilge pump impellers, wear rings and seals; and starting-air compressor valve plates, rings, gaskets and unloader valves — so the whole engine room can be sourced from one supplier in a single dispatch.
